Dense Phase Transporters:
We offer Dense Phase Transporters, which are recommended to convey high capacity for longer distances normally at lower speeds and a material to air ratio as high as 8 times of Dilute Phase Systems. Its unique application is catching up very fast in handling dry, powered or platted material. This type of system allows the material to be delivered to no of destination.
We offer stainless Steel Dense Phase Transporter (SS), which is mainly used for Food, Pharmaceutical, and other process industries.
Dilute Phase Conveying Systems:
Aircon recommend dilute phase conveying systems for low to medium capacity applications and with low air pressure. The recommended velocity is 15-30m/sec with a low or medium material to air ratio. In these systems, the solids to be conveyed are suspended in the air stream flowing in the conveying line.
